Smile

When was the last time you had smiled to a stranger?
The saying, 'frown and you frown alone, but smile and the whole world smiles with you' should be instilled in all of us. A smile is the best thing that you can offer even to a total stranger because it is priceless and most importantly, it helps to cheer up a broken spirit.
Furthermore, it is not difficult to smile, all you have to do is flex a few face muscles and you will be able to convey your feelings without uttering a single word. Isn't that great? And by simply smiling, you also help to make others feel appreciated and welcomed.

Don't you love it when someone smiles to you? Or would you prefer someone to frown all the time to you? If you prefer the latter, then I have nothing to say. However, I am sure most of us love to feel appreciated. Who wouldn't? Perhaps we can show our loved ones how much we appreciate them by cuddling them in our arms and express our feelings to them, but how possible is it for us to perform those acts on strangers? Imagine a guy doing that to a girl who is totally unknown to him, I'm sure all he gets is one tight slap and a kick at the crotch.

So, the best way is to smile. Smile to your friends. Family. And yes, even strangers. A smile is contagious, I believe. If we are willing to be the first movers to smile, I am sure sooner or later, the culture will be widely spread and practised by everyone.

Wait no more. You can smile to your neighbour, to the bus driver, to the cashier and also to the janitor. It wouldn't cost you anything. In fact, it makes you approachable and respected by the people.
So smile, people! And a Happy World Smile Day to you :)
